Devon and Cesar Jose met in St. Petersburg, FL in 2007, their first year of college. Friends for years, they sparked a romance shortly after graduating. Through a master's degree, a cross-country move and a handful of career changes, Devon and Cesar have settled in San Jose, CA and are ready to start the next phase of their lives.
